In 2019, Big Ideas added Business Process Outsourcing as a new business unit.
We started small, with a couple of clients based in California, USA who asked for our help to find some freelancers for them. As we refined our skills, processes and tools, we acquired new clients and soon we were servicing close to 12+ clients in various industries such as retail, food, real estate, medical and ICT. For them, we provided around 30+ freelancers for various roles (see below).
The COVID-19 Pandemic was tough for everyone. In the early 2020s, we helped US companies look for a cost-effective alternatives and look for talent based in the Philippines. We were able to provide top notch freelancers for our clients who delivered the same quality of work while providing cost-savings at the same time.
